Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
Arrow Mobile Tune-Ups provides on-site small engine maintenance and repair services, including but
not limited to: Lawn mower, snowblower, and pressure washer tune-ups; Generator and lawn tractor
servicing; Curbside diagnostic and repair; Blade sharpening, carburetor cleaning, and other mechanical
services. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations.
2. Booking & Payment
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online form. Payment is due upon
completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash,
credit card, and select digital payment platforms. A processing fee may apply to credit card
transactions.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with
less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full cost
of the scheduled service.
4. Service Limitations
Services are performed curbside or in driveways, weather permitting. We reserve the right to decline or
postpone service due to unsafe conditions or lack of access. Arrow is not responsible for damages
caused by pre-existing equipment issues or improper use.
5. Warranty & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience issues directly related to a service we
performed, please contact us within 7 days. Arrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to use your equipment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website (logos, text, images, etc.) is the property of Arrow Mobile Tune-Ups and
may not be used without written permission.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our
Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
