Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

1. Services Provided

Arrow Mobile Tune-Ups provides mobile, on-site small engine maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn mower, snowblower, and pressure washer tune-ups

• Generator and lawn tractor servicing

• Curbside diagnostics and repairs

• Blade sharpening, carburetor cleaning, and general mechanical services

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and geographic service area limitations.

2. Appointments & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online booking.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing

• We accept cash, credit cards, and select digital payment methods

• A processing fee may apply to credit card transactions

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48** hours in advance**

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur a cancellation fee of $40

• No-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Conditions & Limitations

• Services are performed curbside, or other accessible outdoor areas

• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to equipment

We reserve the right to refuse or delay service if:

• Conditions are unsafe (weather, environment, or equipment condition)

• Equipment is inaccessible or presents a hazard

• Equipment contains mice, mice nesting, or any other traces of animals

Arrow Mobile Tune-Ups is not responsible for failures or damages resulting from pre-existing issues, lack of maintenance, or improper use of equipment.

5. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work.

• If you experience an issue directly related to a service we performed, you must contact us within 7 days of service

• Warranty claims are limited to the original service provided

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Arrow Mobile Tune-Ups and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
